Welcome to TinyHomeASAP.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

TinyHomeASAP is a free matching service. We connect people interested in tiny homes with tiny home builders, dealers, lenders, and related professionals. We are not a builder, dealer, lender, broker, or real estate agent. We do not sell tiny homes, financing, or land. We simply make introductions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this service. By using the site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Submission and Consent

When you submit our form, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
  • You expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from TinyHomeASAP and the tiny home professionals we share your information with, at the phone number and email address you provided, including via automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages
  • You understand consent is not a condition of any purchase
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy

4. No Guarantees

We do our best to connect you with quality tiny home professionals, but we make no guarantees about:

  • The availability, quality, pricing, or terms of any tiny home, financing, or land
  • The conduct or performance of any third-party professional we match you with
  • Any specific outcome from using the service

Any agreement you enter into with a tiny home professional is strictly between you and them. TinyHomeASAP is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Submit information that does not belong to you
  • Interfere with the operation of the site
  • Attempt to access the site or our systems in any unauthorized way

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, the koala mascot, and code, is owned by TinyHomeASAP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
